Mount Batur Volcano in Bali, Indonesia.
This is a panorama of the entire crater lake and the opposite peak, at the moment just before the sun rises over it. Expect a bit of fuzziness in three areas as I had to splice together 4 seperate photographs to get the panorama; nonetheless, I think the colours say it all. It was worth the 4 a.m. hike!

As always, comments and critiques welcome.

Absolutely beautiful
At first sight I thought it was a painting or at least a digitally coloured photo
The colours and the clouds are so surreal, Like in a dream.

I know, the sunrises in Bali are all incredibly beautiful. I didn't even need to photoshop the colours, those are what was actually there. Thanks for the fave!

Everyone has a photographic memory. Some just don't have film.

You did a great job with the splicing...

If you want to have it *unnoticeable* that is an altogether different story.... I would suggest blowing it up to nearly the pixel and playing with it - dot, by dot.... like you were painting... do the editing on a separate layers, create 4 separate layers for the 4 separate splices and once you have completed each layer, choose a transparency to set each one at... that will blend what was, with what you have done, and hopefully make it less jarring.... really the best is to play... and don't forget to zoom back out every so often to check on your progress...

I hope that helps, and I mostly hope it is what you wanted.

BEAUTIFUL work!

This is an absolutely GORGEOUS shot!

The colors are vivid, and the picture itself is enticing. As a panorama, it's amazing; it wouldn't have been as good in four separate pieces. I love, love, love this... I'm so adding it to my favorites.

Keep it up!
